Factoids

  • Winner's Universe™ unique design targets revenue boosting across the board for the entire horseracing industry. It is NOT a project that targets individual entities or business units. 
  • For every dollar invested in the full term project, a minimum of three dollars in new profits are anticipated for the over-all industry.
  • An  Optramedia™ engineered broadcast television series is used as the project core around which a maximum array of transmedia convergence is then erected to support, enhance, and ultimately spread into spin-off leverage. 
  • The entire first season of the television series will be aired on a major broadcast network, pending direct air-time purchase arrangements.
  • Investors will own the project and all rights (not the network) in order to ensure transmedia mix, messaging and project control and success**.
  • At least one spin-off project is likely to result from this project, which can be sold for a profit or kept to enhance ROI.
  • The project is anticipated to be "net zero costs" and "in the black" before the end of Y-2, based on both anticipated direct and indirect revenues.
  • Although statistically a long shot, the project series could also result in reaching 5-year+ shelf life with viewers, which could assure additional syndication revenues and profits.
  • The television series is the first ever to use story engineering and the revolutionary Optramedia™ system, setting a new industry standard for decades to come. 
  • The projects uniqueness is expected to spark "buzz" across several industries due to its many groundbreaking firsts in innovations--such "buzz" positively enhances messaging reach and saturation, resulting in dramatic yet "free" revenue boosts for the entire horseracing industry.
**TV and cable networks do not have the understanding, skills, or expertise needed for these types of projects. For example, the TV series for this project has been carefully engineered using the ground-breaking Optramedia™ innovation, which is not known or available to the networks, yet remains highly critical to the over-all success of this project. Further, due to licensing and decision making issues, transmedia scions and cultural-engineering messaging tend to be extraordinarily obstructed by the network model and built-in executive interference mechanisms--networks are largely unable to release control to third parties (even for projects they do not understand, could not or did not conceive, or could not execute--this type and level of project is alien to major broadcast and cable network models. This is why the project must remain in the control of the owners and direct airtime purchased rather than relying on the antiquated network series development and management system (a horse and buggy era system by comparison to the new model developed by Imajilan™ and used for this project).

Budgeting

Beware that these are preliminary budget estimates subject to revision:
  • Stage 1 Funding - Concept preparation and executive presentation materials (balance outstanding): $100k
  • Stage 2 Funding - Initial pre-planning and project set-up budget:  $4m
  • Stage 3 Funding - Project Launch Budget:  $206 million (Y-1) (does not include media / airtime buys and offsets)
  • Stage 4 Funding - Ongoing Yearly Budget:  (based on Q1-Q3 success metrics and client needs)

Cost Benefit Summary

Anticipated benefits include:
  1. $70+ million cost recaptured from direct series advertising sales (Y-1)
  2. $130+ million cost recaptured from direct and indirect sales (Y-1)
  3. $250+ million in new revenues for horseracing (through net increases in Handles - Y-1).

Note: The project designer informs us these conservative ROIs are only possible through the full-scale project, as opposed to incremental projects that offer little or no synergy or capability to fund key foundational research for the project's needs and  designs. Additional revenue streams from Creatorans™ solution projects, if introduced simultaneously, are expected to dramatically increase synergy to leverage net profit gains and results. 

Noteworthy: The worse case scenario anticipates a break-even before the end of Y-2. Handle revenues will continue at higher levels after the project concludes. The success of the project is based on the new science-art of the Optramedia™ innovation and cultural engineering remedy components, which are proprietary to Imajilan™ and Creatorans™. 

WARNING: projected results for standard transmedia projects and traditional marketing programs (that are unable to access or utilize proprietary tools such as Optramedia™, Mixgration™ or other proprietary tools and solution sets should be calculated to offer net losses to horseracing (per identical or lower budgets). Winner's Universe™ has been scientifically crafted and mixed in a highly sophisticate way to ensure optimized results. No other past transmedia or mar-comm project has ever utilized these new innovations.
